Includes the Volitions of Free Agents.
Now, in opposition to all this, we have shown that the future volitions of
free agents are none of them among the unknowable; because none
contingent to God. We argue farther that God must have foreordained,
and so foreknown all events, including these volitions: A. Because, else,
His providence would not be sovereign, and His independence and
omnipotence would be impugned.

The unregenerate non-elect will always believe what the evil person says,
whereas the regenerated chosen elect will intrinsically recognize what the
evil person says as a lie. Therefore those who were predestined for Hell,
will still end up in Hell, and those who were predestined for Heaven are
still going to go to Heaven. Nothing in God's plan will change. For by
convincing others of the non-elect to believe his lies, the evil person is
fulfilling that part of God's plan that God had predestined just for him.
Or, as the Gospel of John very concisely puts it:
"Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the
door but climbs in by another way, that man is a thief and a robber. But
he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To him the gate-
keeper opens. The sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by
name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes
before them, and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. A stranger
they will not follow, but they will flee from him, for they do not know the
voice of strangers."
